(I) TO PROVIDE, IMPROVE AND MANAGE HOUSES AND HOSTELS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION FOR MEN AND WOMEN OF ALL AGES AND UPON TERMS APPROPRIATE TO THEIR MEANS.
