S Source transparency
Each BritDB section keeps its own source, snapshot date and check status. A page is never labelled “updated today” merely because it was rendered today.
Monthly bulk snapshot with company identity, registered office, status, incorporation, filing dates, SIC codes, previous names and mortgage totals.
Electronically filed iXBRL/XBRL accounts. BritDB extracts the reporting period, account type, employee count and supported headline figures without treating missing facts as zero.
Officers, people with significant control, filing history, charges, insolvency and individual live-profile checks.
Companies House makes filed information available for public inspection but does not verify its accuracy. The accounts product covers electronic filings, not every account on the register; no imported financial row means “not in the loaded batches”, not “no accounts”.
