ONE FURTHER EQUAL FORTH PART TO BE APPLIED IN RELIEVING PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF BILLINGTON WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY OR PROVIDING ITEMS. 3. THE REMAINING OF EQUAL FOURTH PART OF THE YEARLY INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED IN DEFRAYING THE COST OF MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF BILLINGTON.
