(IV) WITH THE CONSENT IN WRITING OF THE LESSOR AND THE COUNCIL AND DURING HER LIFE WITH THE CONSENT IN WRITING OF LADY TYRWHITT-DRAKE IN SUCH OTHER WAY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF MAIDSTONE AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC AS THE LESSEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK APPROPRIATE.
