COMPRISING CUBS, SCOUTS AND EXPLORERS ALL OF WHOM DEVELOP PERSONAL SKILLS THROUGH TEAM WORK AND EXPERIENCE THROUGH THE CHALLENGES DEVELOPED BY WATER AND LAND BASED ACTIVITIES.
