(3) TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AMONGST HANDICAPPED CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS IN THE CAMBERLEY AREA WHEREBY SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS MAY BE ABLE TO UNDERTAKE ACTIVITIES UNDER SAFT CONDITIONS.
