What the charity does
We promote mental and emotional wellbeing through meditation and relaxation practices.We encourage greater awareness between the physical, mental and emotional aspects of ourselves. We aim to reduce stress in order to encourage an enhanced state of wellbeing conducive to a loving, peaceful and mutually supportive existence.
