C) OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING OF BENEFICIARIES. INCOME NOT REQUIRED IN ANY YEAR FOR APPLICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE PROVISIONS MAY BE APPLIED IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AOTHORITY FOR ANY SCHOOL IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
