(II) TO RELIEVE THE PROVERY OF CRAFT CATERING STUDENTS, INCLUDING THOSE OF TWENTY FIVE YEARS OF AGE AND ABOVE WHO AVE ATTENDED OR ARE ATTENDING THE COLLEGE BY ASSISTING THEM TO FIND EMPLOYMENT, OR BY TRAINING OR RE-TRAINING THEM WITHIN THE CATERING PROFESSION.
