(2) FOR THE RELIEF OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE CHANTRY ESTATE IN IPSWICH, SUFFOLK, WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OR WHO ARE OTHERWISE IN NEED BY PROVIDING INFORMATION AND ADVICE AND BY SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE WAYS AS THE ASSOCIATION THROUGH ITS EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
