B2B organises scientific meetings which provide a forum for discussion for both researchers from different disciplines and for clinicians working in any area of spine with an interest in any area of intervertebral disc biology. These meetings are held twice yearly and are advertised on its website. It also administers scientific grants in the area of disc biology.
