The provision of supported accommodation for homeless vulnerable families, lone parent families, including lone mothers, fathers and teenage mothers 16 & 17 years of age, and pregnant women.Floating support in the community for vulnerable families working towards prevention, early-intervention and longer-term Tier 2 support.
