Charitable Objects
(A) THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR POOR WOMEN, WITH A PREFERENCE FOR WIDOWS, OF NOT LESS THAN 50 YEARS OF AGE WHO LIVE IN THE GREATER LONDON AREA; AND (B) THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR POOR WOMEN OF NOT LESS THAN 55 YEARS OF AGE. THE TRUSTEE MAY PERMIT THE HUSBAND OR BROTHER OF AN ALMSPEOPLE TO RESIDE WITH HER IN THE ALMSHOUSE; AND (C) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AS THE TRUSTEE DECIDES.
