ACTIVELY ENGAGE AND MAINTAIN CLOSE LINKS WITH LOCAL AUTHORITY AND COMMUNITY GROUPS TO ENABLE THE PROVISION OF A WELL-BALANCED RANGE OF ACTIVITIES.
