To promote the benefit of inhabitants of Blackthorn and the surrounding area.To support and assist the development of residents living in the neighbourhood and, as a resource for the whole community,to address some of the social problems on the estate through volunteering and local action.To establish and maintain two facilities at Blackthorn and to promote the facility as a hub for community
