- Charitable Objects
- 3. Objects 3.1 The charity?s objects are the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation, primarily but not exclusively, for the benefit of the inhabitants of Liverpool and the surrounding areas by the provision of teaching/development/competitive activities for swimming.3.2 In the furtherance of these objects: 3.2.1 The Charity is committed to treat everyone equally within the context of its activity and with due respect to the differences of individuals. This shall be, for example, regardless of age, sex, ethnic origin, religion, disability, or political persuasion, on any grounds.3.2.2 The Charity shall implement the Swim England Equality policy as may be amended from time to time.3.2.3 The Charity shall not apply nor endorse unlawful or unjustified discrimination and shall act in compliance with the protections afforded by the Equality Act 2010 as may be amended from time to time.3.2.4 The Charity will comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 as may be modified from time to time.
