- THE OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION ARE TO:(A) PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF. THE VILLAGE OF COTFORD ST. LUKE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD TOGETHER DEFINED BY THE POLLING DISTRICT.
