TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS WITHIN THE WELSH COMMUNITY AND BEYOND IN RELATION THE WELSH LANGUAGE IN CONJUNCTION WITH AND/OR SEPARATELY FROM OTHER REGIONAL LANGUAGES AND MINORITY LANGUAGES; AND3.
