EDUCATION AND TRAINING, INCLUDING VOCATIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIRED SKILLS TO FIND EMPLOYMENT;2. SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND EVENTS INVOLVING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.3. INTERPRETING/TRANSLATING/ADVOCACY/ HEALTH/HOUSING ADVICE AND EDUCATION.
