What the charity does
AGE CONNECTS NORTH WALES CENTRAL ( FORMALLY AGE CONCERN) IS A INDEPENDENT VOLUNTARY ORGANISATION FOR OLDER PEOPLE IN CONWY COUNTY AND DENBIGHSHIRE. WE PROVIDE A RANGE OF SERVICES FOR OLDER PEOPLE. OUR ACTIVITIES INCLUDE INFORMATION AND ADVICE, ENERGY ADVICE, SWAPPING FUEL TARIFFS, FORUMS,TELEPHONE BEFRIENDING, SUPPORT FOR OLDER PEOPLE TO CONTINUE TO LEAD INDEPENDENT LIVES IN THE COMMUNITY.
