TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS AND IN PARTICULAR THE ARTS OF PERFORMANCE, MUSIC, DRAMA, POETRY READING, SCULPTURE, PAINTING, HANDICRAFTS AND ALL OTHER ASSOCIATED ARTS; AND TO ENCOURAGE PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN THE SAID ARTS BY THE PRESENTATION OF CONCERTS, PERFORMANCES, EXHIBITIONS AND FESTIVALS IN THE CITY OF KINGSTON UPON HULL (?THE CITY?)
