PROVIDING EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING AND PASTORAL SUPPORT) TO CHILDREN NOT YET ACCESSING PRIMARY EDUCATION THROUGH ASSISTANCE TO COMMUNITY PRE-SCHOOLS. 3.I.
