TO ASSIST IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT ANY CHARITABLE ORGANISATION IN ENGLAND AND WALES WHOSE AIMS INCLUDE ADVANCING EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS BY DEVELOPING THEIR MENTAL AND MORAL CAPABILITIES THROUGH ACTIVITIES
