TO PROVIDE FOR THE RELIGIOUS NEEDS AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SYNAGOGUE AND TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN SUCH INSTITUTIONS AS MAY BE REQUIRED FOR THIS PURPOSE IN ACCORDANCE WITH TRADITIONAL ORTHODOX JEWISH LAW; 4.
