INCREASING, OR CO-ORDINATING, OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS OF THE BLACK ASIAN AND MINORITY ETHNIC COMMUNITY TO ENGAGE WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS, TO ENABLE THOSE PROVIDERS TO ADAPT SERVICES TO BETTER MEET THE NEEDS OF THOSE COMMUNITIES.(D) IN ADDRESSING THE ABOVE WE WILL USE APPROACHES SUCH AS GENERAL ADVICE AND SUPPORT, ADVOCACY, COUNSELLING, BEFRIENDING. WE WILL WORK WITH PARTNER AGENCIES BOTH STATUTORY AND THIRD SECTOR TOWARDS THESE OBJECTS AND IN SO DOING WE WILL ENABLE AND ASSIST THE PARTICIPATION OF THE USER.
