- THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (‘THE OBJECTS’) ARE: TO RELIEVE NEEDS OF FAMILIES THAT HAVE EXPERIENCED STILL BIRTHS OR THE DEATH OF YOUNG BABIES BY:-A)PROVIDING SUPPORT, ADVICE AND RESOURCES TO FAMILIES THAT HAVE EXPERIENCED STILL-BIRTHS OR THE DEATH OF YOUNG BABIES;B)PROVIDING SPECIALLY MADE BURIAL GOWNS AND OTHER CLOTHING FOR BABIES THAT ARE SMALLER THAN CONVENTIONAL CLOTHING DUE TO NOT HAVING GONE FULL-TERM;C)FUNDRAISING TO DEVELOP IMPROVED FACILITIES FOR BEREAVED PARENTS AND FOR THE BREAKING OF THIS SAD NEWS AT OUR LOCAL HOSPITAL; D)AWARENESS RAISING AND EDUCATION THROUGH THE PURCHASE AND DISTRIBUTION OF BOOKS AND VIDEOS ON THE TOPIC OF EARLY DEATH OR STILL-BIRTH; E)PROVIDING FUNDING AND EQUIPMENT TO THE LOCAL HOSPITAL RELATING TO THE EMERGENCY CARE OF EARLY AND PREMATURE BIRTHS. [NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.].
