To promote benefits of local residents defined by the the political boundaries of the Clifton-south and North wards without distinction of sexual orientation, race or of political, religious, or other opinions. To provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants. For all age groups.
