What the charity does
The charity oversees the delivery of a leadership programme that offers a life-changing experience for Commonwealth people of high potential emerging from a technical or professional focus to the broader challenges of leadership in a complex world. Through work in highly diverse small groups focused on urgent problems they gain leadership experience and a lifelong network across the Commonwealth.
