TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR ANIMALS WHICH ARE LOST/FOUND OR STOLEN AND ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND IN PARTICULAR BY:- A) ASSISTING AND SUPPORTING OWNERS SEARCH AND LOCATE LOST OR STOLEN ANIMALS; B) OFFERING FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THOSE IN FINANCIAL HARDSHIP SO THEY CAN HAVE ANIMALS MICROCHIPPED AND NEUTERED; C) TRACKING STOLEN ANIMALS AND LIAISING WITH THE POLICE AND LOCAL ANIMAL WARDENS TO BREAK CRIME RINGS OF ANIMAL THEFT, ILLEGAL ANIMAL FIGHTING, BAITING AND LAMPING/ COURSING, ILLEGAL BREEDING AND PUPPY FARMING; D) RAISING AWARENESS OF PET THEFT; E) PROMOTING BETTER CARE OF ANIMALS BY WORMING, FLEA TREATMENTS, SUITABLE HOUSING AND LIVING CONDITIONS; F) WHERE POSSIBLE RELOCATING FERAL CATS TO SAFER FARM ENVIRONMENTS AND REHOMING STRAY CATS; AND G) WORKING WITH LOCAL AUTHORITY POUNDS TO REUNITE STRAY DOGS WITH OWNERS WHO HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO AFFORD TO MICROCHIP OR NEUTER THEIR ANIMALS.
