What the charity does

The Charities main aim is to engage local people into positive physical activities that improve Health and Wellbeing.As part of the delivery plan we provide a range of sports/physical activities & resources, sports and fitness coaches, youth and community workers. We also provide 1 to 1/group sessions on healthy eating, mental health, sports leadership, training.

THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:(1) TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH:(A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE;(B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
