(II) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF CONGOLESE WOMEN REFUGEES, ASLYLUM SEEKERS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY LIVING IN LONDON IN SUCH WAY THAT ENABLES THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT AND COMMUNITY LIFE.
