TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO SCHOOL/ACADEMIC BOOKS WRITTEN IN BOTH ENGLISH AND LOCAL LANGUAGES4. TO INCREASE ACCESS TO ENGLISH BOOKS THAT WILL IN TURN, INCREASE ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS5. TO HELP PREPARE PUPILS FOR OPPORTUNITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCES IN LATER LIFE6. THE OVERALL ADVANCEMENT OF TEACHER EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES, IMPROVING THEIR ABILITY TO TEACH AND DEVELOP STUDENTS.
