- THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, EACH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE IN NEED IN ASIA WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF WAR OR NATURAL DISASTER; BY SUPPLYING THEM WITH FOOD AND MEDICAL AID;THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE IN NEED IN THE UK AND ASIA WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF POVERTY; BY SUPPLYING THEM WITH FOOD AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE RESTORATION OF A MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THEM;THE ADVANCEMENT OF FURTHER EDUCATION FOR INDIVIDUALS IN DEPRIVED AREAS OF THE UK THROUGH THE PROVISION OF PRIVATE TUTORING AND MENTORING FUNDED BY THE CHARITY, THUS EQUIPPING SAID INDIVIDUALS WITH THE TOOLS NECESSARY TO CREATE MORE PROMISING LIVES FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES, AS WELL AS MAKE A LARGER CONTRIBUTION TO WIDER SOCIETY; ANDTHE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ISLAMIC RELIGION BY THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND ASSISTANCE TO SMALL LOCAL MOSQUES IN THE UK WHO CATER FOR A SMALL NUMBER OF WORSHIPPERS AND THEREFORE OFTEN RUN IN TO SITUATIONS WHEREBY THERE ARE NO FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR ESSENTIAL MOSQUE MAINTENANCE, BY SUPPLYING THEM WITH THE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN THE UPKEEP OF THE MOSQUES.
