TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF VOLUNTARY AND STATUTORY AGENCIES AND THE PUBLIC IN ALL ASPECTS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMIT, ITS CAUSES AND PREVENTION AND THE RELIEF OF ITS CONSEQUENCES.
