CLEMENT, OXFORD FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH, LAND AND BUILDINGS AND IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE WORK AND ACTIVITIES IN THE PARISH OF ST CLEMENT; 4.1.2 THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED DUE TO FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, AGE OR ILL HEALTH IN THE ECCLESI-ASTICAL PARISH OF ST CLEMENT, OXFORD; 4.1.3 THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE CITY OF OXFORD, WITH A PREFERENCE FOR THOSE WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST.
