What the charity does
Using the unique tools of the creative industries, The Challenger Academy equips underrepresented youth with the confidence and capability needed to thrive in a future career. Through training programmes and work experience focused on developing key employability and digital skills for the modern workforce, our aim is to ensure that location or circumstances are never a barrier to opportunity.
