TO RELIEVE THE PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL SUFFERING, FINANCIAL IMPACT AND OTHER DISADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS ON PEOPLE, INCLUDING BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO THOSE FROM MINORITY ETHNIC BACKGROUNDS, WHO ARE VICTIMS OF POLICE MISCONDUCT AND UNLAWFUL VIOLENCE, BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO EDUCATION, ADVICE AND PRACTICAL SUPPORT.
