TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF THE PARENTS OF SAID CHILDREN IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE. 3. THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED LIVING IN THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA AND SURROUNDING AREAS, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE THROUGH PREVENTATIVE SOLUTIONS THROUGH OUR REGULAR WEEKLY DROP-IN SESSIONS WHICH PROVIDE ADVOCACY, ADVICE, TRANSLATION, AND SIGNPOSTING SUPPORT TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO PROVISION ACROSS HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE.
