- (1) THE FRIENDS OF MORVAH CHURCH HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED TO SUPPORT THE RESTORATION, PRESERVATION, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT AND BEAUTIFICATION OF MORVAH CHURCH IN THE DIOCESE OF TRURO (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE CHURCH ') AND OF THE MONUMENTS, FITTINGS, FIXTURES, STAINED GLASS, FURNITURE, ORNAMENTS AND CHATTELS IN THE CHURCH AND IN THE CHURCHYARD BELONGING TO THE CHURCH. THIS PROVIDES A PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE MAINTENANCE OF A PLACE OF WORSHIP AND COMMUNITY, OPEN TO ALL. (2) THE FRIENDS OF MORVAH CHURCH PROMOTES THE HISTORY OF MORVAH VILLAGE AND OF THE CHURCH THROUGH INTERPRETATION BOARDS, TALKS AND EVENTS. THIS PROVIDES A PUBLIC BENEFIT IN EDUCATION. THE FRIENDS OF MORVAH CHURCH ALSO SEEKS TO FURTHER THE USE OF THE CHURCH BY LOCAL SCHOOLS, COLLEGES AND SPECIAL NEEDS GROUPS.
