TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH AMONG THOSE WHO HAVE BECOME SOCIALLY ISOLATED AS A RESULT OF SUCH CONDITIONS BY:1) THE PROVISION OF GROUP SESSIONS AND ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO PROMOTE GOOD PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH AND RECOVERY WHICH PROVIDE ADVICE AND GUIDANCE; AND2) THE PROVISION OF FREE COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT.TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO THOSE IN NEED DUE TO FINANCIAL HARDSHIP THROUGH THE PROVISION OF:1) FOOD BANK2) COMMUNITY KITCHEN3) COMMUNITY SHOP; AND4) PROVIDING ADVICE AND GUIDANCE TO SUPPORT THOSE STRUGGLING TO MEET THE RISING COSTS OF LIVING.
