(4) TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF SUFFERERS OF ANY MEDICAL CONDITION THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT.
