What the charity does
Almond Tree Foundation provides wellbeing support for people living with, or caring for someone with, a disability or illness. We provide free online wellbeing programmes, webinars, community drop-ins and peer support, sharing lived experience and practical guidance to reduce isolation, build resilience and support emotional wellbeing.
