(2) THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE INCLUDING THE SUPPORT OF THOSE WHO CARE FOR THEM AND THE RELIEF OF SUFFERING AND EMOTIONAL DISTRESS AMONGST PERSONS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED THE LOSS OF A FAMILY MEMBER DUE TO CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE.
