INCREASING, OR CO-ORDINATING, OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS OF THE SPANISH SPEAKING LATIN AMERICAN COMMUNITY TO ENGAGE WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS, TO ENABLE THOSE PROVIDERS TO ADAPT SERVICES TO BETTER MEET THE NEEDS OF THAT COMMUNITY.
