Charitable Objects
THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CIO ARE:(1) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, PARTICULARLY FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN UGANDA, BY RAISING AND DISTRIBUTING FUNDS TO SUPPORT SCHOOLS, EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, ESSENTIAL LEARNING RESOURCES AND FOSTERING INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT AND COLLABORATION BETWEEN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND COMMUNITIES IN THE UK AND UGANDA, RAISING AWARENESS AND ENCOURAGING CHARITABLE GIVING.(2) TO RELIEVE POVERTY BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR SCHOOL FEES, SUPPLIES, AND OTHER NECESSARY RESOURCES TO ENABLE DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN TO ACCESS EDUCATION.(3) TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN UGANDA BY FUNDING SCHOOL MEAL PROGRAMS, CLEAN WATER PROJECTS, AND HEALTHCARE SERVICES.
