What the charity does
We improve health outcomes for people with multiple challenges by tackling the social determinants of health. Our home based Food Resilience Programme removes financial and physical barriers by shipping food ingredients and equipment directly to participants' homes. Combined with personalised mentoring & support, we enable long-term behavioral change and dietary independence entirely from home.
