- THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE RELIGION OF ISLAM FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AHLE SUNNAT WAL JAMAAT DEOBAND SCHOOL OF THOUGHT, INCLUDING (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION) BY:(I) PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING FACILITIES FOR WORSHIP AND PRAYERS, TO HOST LECTURES AND VISITS AND TO CELEBRATE FESTIVALS;(II) PROMOTING ISLAM THROUGH MEANINGFUL CROSS FAITH DIALOGUE AND IMPROVING INTERFAITH AND INTERCULTURAL RELATIONS;(III) PROVIDING RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION, EDUCATION AND SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE;(IV) PROVIDING ISLAMIC FUNERAL AND OTHER SERVICES REQUIRED BY THE COMMUNITY;(V) PURSUING SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE AIMS AS ACCORD WITH THE TEACHINGS OF ISLAMA. AS AN EXPRESSION OF THE ADVANCEMENT OF ISLAM;B. TO FACILITATE A GREATER UNDERSTANDING AND AWARENESS OF ITS TEACHINGS OR OF THE ISLAMIC FAITH; AND/OR C. TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADHERENTS OF THE ISLAMIC FAITH TO PERFORM GOOD WORKS WHICH ALIGN WITH THE DOCTRINES AND PRINCIPLES SET FORTH IN ISLAM.
