PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION BY WORKING WITH REFUGEES AND PEOPLE SEEKING ASYLUM OR SANCTUARY, PARTICULARLY IN (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) CHESTER WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR ETHNIC ORIGIN, RELIGION, BELIEF OR CREED, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE AND TO ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY; AND 2.3.
