What the charity does
COGS provides, confidential counselling and emotional wellbeing support for people in Faringdon and surrounding communities. We deliver one-to-one counselling, early intervention and preventative wellbeing programmes, working with schools, GP practices and community organisations to improve mental health and emotional resilience.
