Charitable purposes

The objects of the Company shall be to relieve poverty and advance education for the benefit of the inhabitants of Fermanagh and its hinterland (hereinafter described as the ‘area of benefit’) without distinction of sex, race or political, religious or other opinions and in particular to promote any charitable activity which gives support to the local rural communities suffering disadvantage and poverty and which seeks to improve the conditions of life for the inhabitants of the area of benefit.
